How can I avoid abusive relationships?

Self-love is the best foundation for you to not get into an abusive relationship. Our first relationship is the one we have with ourself. Having this as a strong foundation can then support you in all your other relationships, especially in knowing what is okay and not okay .. giving you a stronger voice to say no to abuse.  The more you cherish and love yourself, the less abuse you will accept from another person.

Self-love and self-worth aren’t built overnight it can take time BUT making the first and even smallest step towards this can actually be quite a MASSIVE step. To get a better understanding of self-love and what this is check out our articles for more support and of course you can always get support from our True2you team info@true2you.eu. You are super important and we are here to support you every step of the way.
