It also helps us to track how our 24-hour cycles evolves on a regular basis as we go through the different phases of the menstruation cycle that we know also can have an impact on us and how we feel.
It supports us to be more attentive to our bodies than we usually are. Being more attentive also allows us to learn from ourselves and change what is necessary depending on the wellbeing or discomfort that we are feeling.
